The project builds on research carried out on four other projects mentioned elsewhere - PASE, LangScape, eSawyer and ASChart - which collectively provide models for digitising prosopographic data, boundary clauses, charter catalogues and the diplomatic discourse of the charters themselves.
The Centre for Computing in the Humanities (CCH) is developing a new web-based digital resource articulated around the Anglo-Saxon charters as core material, through which the data and the corresponding metadata embodied in each of the component projects will be available together in a thematic cluster. project: Musicians of Britain and Ireland 1900-1950

The project provides recordings of performances by British and Irish musicians made between 1900 and 1950. owing to changes in company policy in the 1930s, their work was gradually excluded and mush of it forgotten. MBI is accessible through an attractive online search interface that also gives access to the complete recorded output of the AHRC Research Centre for the History and Analysis of Recorded Music (CHARM).
