Established in 1995, the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA) is an interdisciplinary research initiative within UCL specialising in emerging computer technologies in several disciplines which deal with geography, space, location, and the built environment. In association with the Department of Geography, applications are currently invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following four 3-year fully-funded PhD studentships:
ESRC PhD award in collaboration with ESRI (UK) Ltd on the topic
‘Measuring and monitoring population diversity and spatial concentration: GeoWeb 2.0 solutions’.
£18,940 pa tax-free stipend* plus tuition fees.
