This lecture by Professor Barbara K. Lewalski will open the Newton:Milton, Two Cultures? conference. The event is co-organised by the Newton Project that aims to "to grasp the organic unity of Newton's writing by garnering all his astonishingly diverse productions into a single, freely accessible electronic edition." This lecture starts at 17.30 followed by a reception starting at 19.00 with drinks and cocktail finger buffet.
