UKOLN (http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/) is a centre of expertise in digital information management, providing advice and services to the library, information, education and cultural heritage communities and is based at the University of Bath. We currently have a vacancy for the Team Leader of the Research & Development Team, a key senior role within the organisation.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the organisation’s research activities, and line-management support to the members of the Team. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining and developing innovative projects, and securing research income for new initiatives from a range of funding sources. We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience of digital library research and development, to lead and extend our significant national and international work in this context.

Salary will be in the range £41,545 to £48,161 per annum depending on experience.
